I spent over 20 years with the NYPD, retiring as a Lieutenant. I’ve been on scenes that stay with you and I’ve seen what families and property owners face in the aftermath, often alone and overwhelmed. My name is Carlos Bernard and that’s why I started Sworn Restoration.
We bring structure when there is none. Discretion when it matters most. And accountability from the first call to the final walkthrough. Our team is OSHA trained and certified to IICRC standards. We remediate crime scenes, unattended deaths, hoarding environments, biohazards and emergency vehicles—safely, thoroughly and without judgment.
